You did the right thing. I would've beat his arse because he was threatening you on you're property. Plus that skateboard could be considered a weapon. That way if his parents get involved you're in the clear. But that would open a bunch of crap that isn't worth dealing with.

If he messes with you again, just find out where he lives and beat his dad's arse.
