I'm going to have to try some. The Rocky Patel vintages are some of my favorites.
The JAVAs are around $8 each through Cigars International. I imagine 50% more as singles at a store?

I posted a reply in the OT Lounge but thought I'd address your price point question for a single at a brick-and-mortar place. The place I go to has them for $8 (last time I checked, may have increased a buck or two).
Not Java-related, but if you want a good deal from CI, check out their Top 25 Mega-Sampler 20 great smokes for $75 + s&h. The Rocky Decades alone are worth about $10 a stick and they are fantastic. I would also recommend taking advantage of their 10% off/free s&h offer for orders of $100 or more if they still have it going, promo code: CICRAZY10. I added this 10-cigar sampler for $35 and after using the code, paid $99 total for both.
