If only Les didn't prevent him from teaching quarterbacks to hit the broad side of a barn.

Then recruit QB's that CAN throw a football into Lake Pontchartrain while standing on the Causeway and that are mentally advanced enough to learn their progressions, defensive reads and can quickly process information.

The list has been posted time and again. Going back to 2006, we've had half a dozen busts that were four stars or better (Shep was a five-star). They were from different states and of varying ethnicities, backgrounds, and styles.

Why are our 4-stars so much worse than everyone else's? Fact is, Cam may well be Gary Crowton redux. I don't want that to be the case, but I have eyes.
