Not to be rude, but i think she might not be the brightest crayon in the box. Find out if her friends are taking that long too. if not, she may be a little behind.

She is in 4th grade. She's a kid. She is probably tired from getting up at 6am every day, sitting in class all day long, and then having 4 hours of homework every night. You would be tired too.
