I can spend $60k and get a German car that's <1s slower in the 0-60, wayyyyyy nicer on the inside, and I can also be a smug piece of shite about driving ~German engineering~
eta: it also won't handle like I've got the green-apple quicksteps
Like what?
The handling on a similar German car will be marginally better, at best. And FWIW, the Challenger and Charger are built on the LX/LC/LD platforms, which incorporate mostly German engineering. I love Mercedes AMG cars...I almost bought a 2011 C63...but you're being ignorant if you really believe what you typed.

That is because the chassis actually contains parts developed by Mercedes Benz. Remember when they where part of Chrysler? Well the platform the Challenger was built on was a collaborative effort between the two companies. Just some trivia for all of y'all throwing out this German engineering stuff.

Mercedes components were incorporated, including the Mercedes-Benz W220 S-class control arm front suspension, the Mercedes-Benz W211 E-Class 5-link rear suspension, the W5A580 5-speed automatic, the rear differential, and the ESP system
