i used to think like this.
and then i remembered ive gone off on crazy angry rants over trivial shite before when im having a bad day. if thats the only bad thing you can say about a guy that hes probably not that bad of a guy.

I've had rants. Never have I ever gone to my boss and told them I'd quit if he didn't fire a coworker, holding up a $100,000,000 business venture.
