Meh...I think now that things have started to settle, they can open discussions on what the tax ramifications will be or if they can strike a deal to hold them at current OR LOWER levels.

If so, they could easily decide to stay put. And new businesses would eventually open and create more revenue.

Up to this point, it's all been talk, now it actually can be a reality issue and all parties, including the businesses can see their "bluff" wasn't a deterrent and will want to align themselves with BOTH sides in the fight to make sure they are in the best tax situation available.
