There are many non-profit churches who accept new members and are "open to the public" but on the churches' terms.

Why would a for profit business have to accept the publics' terms?

It makes no sense.

You offer a service for straight marriages. Why should the public dictate the services of a business?

because its discriminatory to hold who these people are against them and if you are a private firm conducting public business, thats illegal.
