Caught a nice box of speckled trout in Venice the other day. I made pan sautéed speckled trout sliders on Sunbeam dinner rolls with homemade remoulade, wilted spinach and one of my last fall tomatos.

I could eat Martini's trout sliders every day wit gusto. I cooked today for a busy week. Brine and grilled bone in chickin thighs with AsIan glaze. Grilled lamb chops with fresh herbs. Roasted asparagus. Broccoli au gratin. And some olive bread. We be set, I tell ya.
