..and it wasn't like Stokes was on the other side of the field.

He was behind Neighbors, wide the frick open, and an easier throw.

the defender was between the two, to the QB it's going to look like the back guy is more covered and he would have had to lob the ball over the defender to complete it. Hard to say which one was the better choice, but he didn't make a good throw nevertheless
