Hell yes you do! ESPECIALLY if you have a name that is not "white". If you are a black kid with a name in med school like Barkevious and you get arrested for DUI you are frickED! If you are a jewish kid named Ira in med school and you get a DUI its no big deal and THAT is the analogy John Stewart should have used.
