He has also murdered and raped women in the past. He would have been locked up at the time this murder occurred but the last woman he raped decided not to go thru with pressing charges. I think I have somewhat of an idea of how difficult it must be going thru a rape trial and letting everyone know you were raped but women REALLY should press charges whenever they have a chance. It will help save other women since these animals don't just do this kind of thing once. I'm not saying it's the rape victims fault at all that Hannah was murdered but if she had followed thru the odds are Hannah would still be alive.
