not going back through this, because you and I aren't likely to sway the other on this issue, but I haven't seen any data supporting your position, and my "anecdotal" stories are life experiences of almost 40 years of being in the workplace and never seeing any evidence of this type of discrimination, I referenced my sisters because someone earlier suggested that women are still being discouraged to enter STEM areas of study, I used them as two examples to the contrary, just in my family, who are in those fields, have not experienced pay discrimination, and they're both in their 60's, like I said, we'll ust have to agree to disagree
