I'm saying that such discrimination does not exist, has not existed for ages, could not exist in this day and age, and no one making these allegations has provided any evidence that they do exist. If you want solid evidence, go to any company's web site and research job opportunities. I doubt you'll find anyone that lists starting pay figures that will have separate starting figures for men and women. Using my employer as an example, being a female alone, is compensation for not meeting or exceeding the minimum qualifications for getting hired, and gets you put at the head of the line before many exceedingly more qualified male applicants.

I've provided data, you've provided nothing except for an interesting story about how your two sisters get paid well for being qualified in 4 professions

Yes, I'd doubt that to. Means absolutely nothing

They get paid less because of flexibility, but they still get paid less
