I know the feeling rouge. Went to bed about midnight and woke up at 2:30 feeling like crap, heart racing and shaking uncontrollably. Called the nurse line and talked a bit. Just scheduled an appt with my PCP for Monday. Will probably be told i need to go back on my meds and I really don't want to.

Why do you not want to use meds if they help you? Undesirable side effects?
