Fwiw, I'm not shitting on the place. I just don't have faith in the location combined with what the place is.
There are things I think they should do differently to attract people, which is mostly the branding side of my brain. But mostly, my knock is on BR and how somethig like simple location and marketing can make the whole difference.

I guess it is more telling that the place opened in late October and, despite knowing about it, no one on this board has been there.
Too many better options than a place no one has tried.
