If a U.S. citizen has this then they should be able to return for treatment.
otherwise they are dead.
Allowing one guy to infect 50, for example, means tat even with treatment more than one could die just to get one guy home.

They are quarantined before travel. If positive its a charter plane back to the states isolated from public. I'm talking past you Rooad
