Only US citizens should be allowed to return.
They should be quaranteined for a month. Air travel ban needs to be put in effect until things cool down. The U.S. should have 4 regional hospitals specializing in Ebola treatment. Our government has a responsibility to keep this out the country. This isn't a civil rights issue.

Instead of banning travel, why not leave it open for any west African who is willing to be quarantined for three weeks, starting with the day they apply for a VISA?
