yes. The ineptness of out gov know no bounds. Some low level gov employee (i.e TSA agent) make that mistake. Also do I need to reference the article about how travel bans do more harm than good again and how the WHO says the longer the outbreak is going on in africa to more likely (still incredibly small) that virus could mutate (again incredibly small) into something more serious?

To OP: I think that a quarantine is unnecessary, but if LSU wants to give him a 3 week paid vacation and he agreed then good for him and LSU.
