I am leaning towards picking up Amaro for Ertz's bye week.

ASJ is on his BYE so I hope you don't play him 
I would go Amaro (NE not too solid in the middle anymore and they were still getting hacked up by TEs even with Mayo), Harbor (CLE is pretty strong against TE) /Hill (DET D is DET D)
