The number one program in Louisiana is John Curtis. They run the veer, they don't need a college level QB. Hence they don't produce them.
Other teams run spread or some antiquated run offense. They put an athlete at QB who doesn't need a college arm or decision making.
Only team I can think of that has produced a ton of college QBs is Evangel. And Isidore Newman with the Mannings but that could have been any team.
