if I'd have done a deep analysis, I'm sure I'd have found dozens of inexperienced QBs who've produced very well on the field. Those guys I listed are the one that came immediately to mind, clearly because they're exceptional.
But my overall point is that if a QB has what it takes, they can (and do) excel from Day 1. Experience helps, of course, but let's be careful not use it as too much of a crutch.
