I applaud Adam Silver for 'thinking outside the box.'
But I don't see many positives in doing this. NBA games really aren't that long.

This shite is really getting ridiculous, as someone said earlier eliminate some of the team timeouts, nothing worse than the final 2 minutes of a game lasting 30.
