1883 official, and in case you missed it - THE HURRICANE AND FLOODING DID THAT - not Mike Brown. He did mess up coordinating the federal, civilian part of the relief effort, but that only increased suffering and prolonged the recovery effort.
These people (Obama, CDC, TSA, HHS, etc.) have allowed Ebola to come to our hemisphere, infect our own and their errors of commission and omission will likely result in actual deaths of Americans.
There is no hurricane machine that Cheney and Bush used to whack New Orleans and "black people" - despite what Kanye says.
