Maybe so, but he's not doing a good job hitting his targets when WRs ARE open.
And some of him getting sacked is due no doubt to good coverage, but no way ALL of it. He can't make reads, panics when his primary receiver isn't open, and either gets sacked or takes off running prematurely.
