It's so rarely called I think the refs wanted to give us the time but didn't want to call the penalty to avoid being killed.

That's kind of what I'm thinking. Obviously UF was slow getting up but it's so subjective. I was happy with the play clock reset. LSU needed that extra time to spike it and get the FG unit out.
