Not surprising since during the initial visit precautions weren't taken when the patient was obviously a foreigner(thick accent) who admitted he just came from West Africa.
Despite these facts he was sent home so I'm sure the staff didn't feel the need to take extra precaution during his 1st visit.

I've been thinking all along something seems off about this strain. My suspicions are slowly being confirmed.
