June 26, 2014
3 players involved in another BB gun fight In the second of two incidents on the same day, three football players engage in a shootout that damages cars and prompt a sheriff's helicopter to search for suspects.
Investigation is shelved for three months before the three — Dalvin Cook, Trey Marshall and Mr. Wilson — are charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief on Oct. 2.

Did the NY Times just ignore everything before November 4, 2012 ; in addition, ignore all the cases that didn't fit their narrative?

Not kidding, this shite is about to blow up.

The first time around I gave him the benefit of the doubt and figured the girl was full of shite.

Not anymore. FSU worked very hard to destroy her case and were able to do it.

It is about to blow up in their face in a huge way IMO.

Need to put a post season ban on FSU. Or the death penalty. Either/or.

I'm glad someone in the press is putting pressure on the situation, since there are still many unanswered questions.

But did the NY Times open a satellite office in Tallahassee or something? It seems odd that they're pushing the issue hundreds of miles away when UConn has a serious, documented sex scandal on their hands with Title IX implications. Moreover, Rutgers has problems in their athletic department that warrant deeper investigation (and would likely produce a lot more material than a list of bb gun violations).
