Old habits are hard to break, but Les will make the transition slowly. One spring and fall camp is not enough time to completely overhaul things. Plus, Les does not recruit spread QBs, he recruits mobile QBs who can extend plays with their legs.

The entire concept of a running QB is defective and dysfunctional because most mobile QB's would have trouble throwing a football into Lake Pontchartrain even if they were standing on the Causeway.
That's just another defective Les Miles operating feature that's keeping this program from reaching full potential. The Tebow's, Manziel's and Winston's that can equally pass, run and efficiently manage the offense don't come along that often.
Brandon Harris may or may not be one of those, but he's not there yet.
Anthony Jennings is Georgia Southern-Georgia State-Valdosta State level. May get you a few wins against OOC weaklings, but he's not a starting SEC QB that can lead a team to any kind of Championship.

Great post. The two most legitimate knocks on Miles are game management and QB development.

Well, that accounts for Mett, the best qB at LSU in years no question...
