I could definitely see his family making money off of it as a possible violation but who knows. It's his symbol but not his signature? It's his family not an agent?
I would hope LSU would tell his family to hold of 2.5 years and wait for that NFL money if it is a violation. But if all these 5 stars are really bought by big schools anyway I'm sure what they make of those shirts and hats are chump change.
