Innocent until proven guilty.

Does that even matter anymore? He was suspended while it was a felony charge. Now a misdemeanor, he is not. Doesn't matter what it's for.

No because there is no smoking gun here. There is evidence that JM is innocent. The lack of credible evidence against him as well as the conflicting stories should get him a favorable plea bargain.
