As long as they are wrestling/ballerina costumes with gold collars, I'm cool with it.

unfortunately the jersey (white jersey, gold numbers and letters) you propose is illegal under current NFL uniform guidelines
gold is considered a "light" color... and the team can't have light on light... hence why in 2002 why the Saints wore gold jerseys w/ black numbers & letters the Vikings wore their home purple jerseys
yes the Saints have done it before... our road unis from the 60s... and the throwbacks (this pic from 1994)...
but now we could not do that
the reason... it's too hard for broadcasters to see... too hard to make out on TV
