I'm still a little confused as how Oliver lost everything. I can understand the company and maybe most of his money. But the estate should still be his. It's like they made him too broke. He doesn't even have a legal place of residence, I don't think.

I know he has cash stashed away and it seems like he could take money from criminals (like Felicity did with the one criminal, hacking the guy's bank accounts). But people do have to be a little curious with how he spends his time or what he does.

Also, what does Thea think that about all these people going in and out of the basement of the club? Why didn't they move the base to the back-up one Oliver had last season?

Last season they said that Oliver, Moira, and Thea all had to sign some sort of paperwork to get the estate moved out from under the company, but Thea refused to sign it because she got her panties in a wad. When Isabel offically took control of the company, she basically also controlled their estate. That is why she was able to kick Thea out of her house (or maybe it was the club).
