preparing for a team specifically...would be a better sign.

they may still have to adjust at half time...but that does not prevent them from having a good game plan

Sometimes, but in Les' case it's usually to little too late. We were down 24-7 and Harris had only thrown 3 passes. I'm not saying we would have won the game, but why do we always have to put ourselves in a hole before Les realizes a change needs to be made? The man has no foresight.
