How did we go from 1st in 3rd down conversions to 121st?

Don't say its Les/Cam unless you say exactly what they are doing different, since they were here last year.

We had success last year because we had a quarterback who was a polished pocket passer. Mett had a great year throwing to Landry and OBJ.

This year and in previous years we have had some good QBs who are just playing in the wrong type of system. These guys seem to be better in a spread type system. Rolling pocket, throwing on the run, having the run as an option.

IMO if you want to run the offense we are you have to have a pure pocket passer. The QBs we have been recruiting have been spread QBs but for some reason we never adjust our system.

We are not adjusting our offense to showcase our QBs strengths.
