There is nothing wrong with a little arrogance, and yes, most successful coaches are just that, but most also learn to adapt if they want to succeed in winning championships. Meyer adjusted his offensive scheme to his talent to win a title in 2006. Saban has adjusted with various offenses under his head coaching days.
Fact is though, Miles and Chavis in particular are both arrogant to a fault. That isn't new. Adaptation is how teams win championships.
