Newsflash: we don't have Mettenburger, we have Harris and Jenkins.
A coach should structure his offense around the abilities of his players rather than trying to force square pegs into round holes.

I feel like what Cam really wants to do is what we saw when Harris came out for the New Mexico State game. That up tempo spread look. The rest of the plays seem more like the Les Miles is handcuffing him with the slow, run first, "every play has to get my approval" look since he doesn't trust his QB's to throw it.
I think Cam is great for the team, but Les, ultimately has the final word. Unfortunately, he doesn't seem to put his QB's in situations that maximizes the skill sets that they already have.
