No, Les is pretty grounded. He's just saying things to get through a rough stretch. I've noticed that even when he says stuff that makes you scratch your head the net effect is to draw fire away from his players and his coordinators. This is why his players and his coordinators love him and are so loyal to him. Les is a very thick-skinned and self-deprecating guy. Those traits serve him well. Those are some of the reasons why I think Les will still be coaching after Saban retires.

Dude, if anything he blamed the players for everything that went wrong on Saturday with his responses. Not once did he talk about how the coaches needed to improve.
