"The offensive scheme we are running requires you to be flawless in your execution" AND it completely ignores our actual strengths..
I've been screaming this since Wisconsin. Harris/Jennings need to be constant threats to run out of the shotgun. And we need to make them protect the corner. Spread em out with a single back and a read option threat.

I agree....different looks are great. However, if you going to be a 21-22-set probably 90 percent of the time, a change in personnel would work just as well as showing different formations.
