Some suggestions:
a) We don't have to stop the other team’s O cold every possession. Just hold'em to a FG and that would be a little victory. Adopt a bend-don’t break approach.

b) Take some risks to make other teams play outside their comfort zone. Be unconventional. Jump some routes. I'm not on the anti-Welter train and Beckwith will miss some plays, but I think he'll make some plays that Welter can't. So play him more.

c) Handle our QBs better. This we can do immediately and it would provide instant returns. Start the game with some easy throws to get them comfortable. Our QB’s are talented but when they play tentatively it’s self-defeating.

d) Take advantage of our mismatches, e.g., Dupree and Dural are a mismatch for almost every CB in the SEC. Attack weaknesses. Play our best players. LF7 gives us or best chance for a HR at RB.

e) Involve the TE in the passing game. Why we don’t is mesmerizing.
