Carrie is the main problem with the show right now - she is completely infuriating and ridiculous.
The show for years has propped her up to be some GOAT spy and now after her reprieve, she continuously just fvcks teenagers, yells at her staff, and goes nuts to the point of trying to kill her mentor.
There's no reason for the show to make her look this damaged and stupid. It's maddening to watch.

It's completely unrealistic too.
No one as unstable as Carrie Matheson would be a station chief in Pakistan.
