Currently spinning Leif Vollbekk - North Americana. First heard this guy when he was opening up for Gregory Alan Isakov and I was blown away. He's a superb musician and really put on an amazing show. I talked to him after the show and he couldn't have been nicer or more humble. His music falls under singer/songwriter/Americana and is perfect for a mellow night
Here's a link to his album

I am not a big Americana fan, but I will check it out...you never know. I will always give new stuff a spin.
I have tried numerous times to get into Jason Isbell to no avail--hell, my old frat brother is his drummer, so I gave it an extra effort, but alas--not for me. Same with Wilco.
On a side note--most of the albums you guys post pics of here with what you are currently listening to, I actually check them out online or on Rhapsody. I have discovered a bunch of new stuff!

Listening to this right now on YouTube and I dig it. Seems like you and I have similar tastes in music.
