Landon Donovan Final Game Thread: LegenD v. ecuador

With Landon's last game for the USMNT coming up on Friday, think is only appropriate that he gets a week long thread.
Landon is part of the reason I watch soccer. I fell in love with the 02 team. Him and Beasley were great. He is the greatest player in American history.
I intend to post a different video everyday leading up to Friday's game. First up is Our Journey. Which follows the 2002 team. Pretty good stuff.

I wI'll never care about another player the way I have with Landon Donovan. As I get older I don't view players in the same way. But with cakes, I felt like he was equal parts a friend, superstar and hero in the biggest moments. I am truly sad for myself, in the most selfish way, that I won't get to watch him play anymore.
