And all I'm saying is the road would be safer if the speed limit and the speed in which people will drive it are closer. I try my best to go 35 but that is a crawl on a road that looks and feels like Staring.

You're right...but back to the point about how the road is classified...it can't be an interstate if it's classified as a collector road in the plans.
