Bluebonnet between Highland and Jefferson. That's clear enough.

I included a link. From highland to Jefferson, bluebonnet is 40. Maybe the the reason bluebonnet is now 40 north of 10 to Jefferson is b/c it was redirected to become a 'highway'. I don't know that kind of shite. But Bluebonnet has a TON of intersections and is 5 mph higher.

But guess what??? It's out of BRPD Jurisdiction.
