I would invest in a BP monitor. Keep an eye on her. If she develops acute visual change, the worst headache of her life, or altered mental status (not making sense, somnolence) go to the ER ASAP.

As long as her preeclampsia doesn't develop severe symptoms, she will probably be allowed to go to 37 weeks or more before being induced. Induction has been shown to decrease mortality. It's the standard of care from what I just read.
