Kennel training is the best way if it doesn't realize outside is the bathroom and take out frequently. Rubbing their face in it and admonishing them never works.
If it's intact marking is almost impossible to break.

The accidents in our home are mostly shite and are maybe once a week.
When we go to a house he isnt familiar with its urine and much more frequent.
I take him out very often and he has someone at home with him 75% of the time.
He also has a bell on the door that he rings when he has to go out, and that works the majority of the time. So i don't doubt that he knows the connection between outside and bathroom.
