I've been three times but last year was the first time since they built the bigger stadium.
I don't think I'll ever go back. There;s just too many people for the one road in and out of there. Last year I spent more time getting out of there than I did in the actual rodeo.
Also, they've pussied out and have the convicts wering helmets and flack jackets.

Guest house before the rodeo (catered), bucket seats with ceiling fans overhead during, and road with zero traffic on the way out. You're doing it wrong

Its been several years since i've been but this was my opinion as well.
