ok, but the recruiting rankings dont seem to be the problem. is it just poor player development? inaccurate recruiting rankings?

Just not an all around good coach. Especially for a school that has such expectations. Michigan is a national school with a powerful fanbase. When I worked on Wall Street it was full of Ross alums. Those people expect results. Not national championships EVERY year but that the OSU-UM game should be meaningful enough to have major implications.
