And now tonight's long distance dedication comes to us all the way from Norway. This letter was sent to us from the after-life by the one and only Casey Kasem. And he writes...

"I have been dead a good 3 and a half months now and I am ready to take a dirt nap. All of this traveling the world can take its toll on a corpse. All I want is to be left alone, but my psychotic wife and my meddling kids just won't let me be. It is really starting to get to me. I can only sum up my feelings about my family and this situation with one song, which was written by an obscure punk band from Canada in 1978.
